Can someone help me plan dining for 6 people for a week?

The trip is Me, DH, DD (4), and DS (21months), and my parents. We are going the week after Thanksgiving, Sunday afternoon through Friday. Here's my working schedule. I also need to figure out where/when to fit in BBB for DD.
Sunday: DTD- eat dinner maybe at Trex? Or if we decide to do MK eat at Chef Mickeys?

Monday- Epcot- simple dinner somewhere
Tuesday- MK- either CRT breakfast or dinner?
Wednesday- HS- waffle house dinner
Thursday- AK dinner- Boma
Friday- MK breakfast at Chef Mickeys

My parents havent been to WDW in many years and dont really care about character dining. They plan to keep DS while we eat in the castle because they dont think he'd like it. We are not on the dining plan. Would you change anything, add anything? Any advice? Its up to me to plan everything so I need some sort of feedback.

Your plan looks great. For Epcot, if you didn't want a sit down meal, then I can recommend Sunshine Seasons inside the Land! Or you may like Via Napoli.

For BBB, you may want to schedule an early morning appointment and then follow it with a late lunch at CRT

For Sunday, DTD is always fun and TRex is good. If you go to MK that day, I would recommend that you eat somewhere inside the park....maybe Plaza Inn or Liberty Tree Tavern and then keep Chef Mickeys for breakfast on Friday.

Oops, I meant a late breakfast at CRT not late lunch! Breakfast is less expensive and better quality food in my opinion!

My suggestions:
In Epcot- I would go with Sunshine Seasons- it's counter service but there is a great variety and huge portions for sharing. Garden Grill was one of my kids favorites when they were little. Good food with Chop and Dale. Family style.

If you're set on CRT then I suggest breakfast if you can get an ADR. If you can't or want a less expensive option with Cinderella I suggest 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian for dinner. Very nice buffett.

Boma is an excellant choice.

In DHS- 50s Prime Time is great fun and casual.

You could also try the character breakfast at Tusker House in Animal Kingdom, but I know you already have Chef Mickeys planned, so don't know if you can get them to go to 2 character meals. We also reserved the 50's Prime Time diner in Hollywood Studios because it sounds like fun with good food.
