can someone help me fix my computer screen please?

You know the part at the bottom of your screen and it show "start" and the time etc....well I had to move it down to do something on a website and now I can't get it back up......

Anyone know what to do??

Move your cursor down until you see it turn into a double-sided arrow. You might not be able to see the bottom part of that arrow, but you will see a change. Hold down your right mouse button and drag the arrow straight up. That should bring your taskbar back up.

Thanks......I did try that many times and it didn't work. I had to end up restarting my computer and everything is fine now......
