Can someone help me figure out how to log into the AP area?

We bought DH a preferred AP. It printed out on paper cards at the park just like our 7-day tickets. I tried logging into the passholder login and it won't work. When I click help, my pass doesn't look like their example. (They mention *zeros* and *ones* and how to tell the differance. I only have #s. )

Anyone out there that can walk me through this?

NEVERMIND!!!!!!!!!!! It only took me asking for help to make the darned thing go through. (I swear, yesterday it wouldn't take all the #s in the top box. Wouldn't even let me type them all in! )

Their website is not always updated, but remember to register to get email messages. I get alot of those.
