Can someone help... in regards to signature

I want to change the signature that shows the "Disney Trip" on the bottom of my post. Does anyone know how to do this? I can't remember what I initially did to get it to post.

Yes, I want a new countdown and I want to be able to change the words that say Disney Trip. Can you tell me how to go about this?
