Can someone help fix a picture for me ***Update***

A firiends DD passed on Monday and I would like to give them a poem with her picture on it. I have a scaned picture but it looks bad. Would anyone have a few minutes to clean it up? I have PSE, but am clueless on how to use it yet and the services start tomorrow.

Thank you all so very much. I was giving a few different ones and I have to say I love them all and I cried over each of them. The strange thing is Katie must have wanted different ones for different people because whenI saw the different ones I knew what picture went to what person. It is all so very beautiful!!!
