Every year we love going to either the BWV or VWL and staying in the 1 bedroom unit. I just love the whirlpool tub that they have in them.

Every year i say i wish we had one. Well now i may just get one.

Can someone whos there or going soon get me a measurement of the tub itself?

I know it is oval, i just want the furthest measurement across both ways, length and width if you are able to. i want to see if that size will fit in our room or something close to it.

thanks so much!!

Too bad you didn't post this before DrTomorrow went down. This would have been right up his alley!! :teeth:

Jacuzzi tubs come in all shapes and sizes. I wouldn't use the DVC version to base your decision on whether one will fit in your space or not. If you have an existing tub, I'm sure that someone can find (or make) a jacuzzi tub for you that will fit in that space. We had one custom made when we remodeled our master bath, and it wasn't too bad in the scheme of that entire project cost! :rolleyes1

We actually called DVC OKW to find out the type of tub they have about five years ago. We were transferred to a maintenance supervisor who was able to give us the specs and manufacturer. Sorry I can't remember the information or I'd pass it along!! (Maybe the tub manufacturer was Vita Spa???)

i just want to get the size. I want one that will fit two like that one does. a lot of the ones i am looking at in the stores are standing up and hard to judge. i dont want to just hop in one at the store if i can find out the measurements on length and width of the inside, then i have something to go on. we do have a tight space, so i am trying to see if a tub for 2 is possible.

thanks!!

the only DVC tub that is for 2 - is the one at OKW....

BWV, VWL, BCV, SSR - whirlpool tub are for one.

Whirlpool tubs come in a variety of sizes and designs. It's done that way to fit in a variety of spaces. Just take the measurments for the tub you have now and go looking.

We had our bathroom redone a few years back and ended up with the smallest Jacuzzi made. Because our bathroom is so small, they couldn't do much with it and had to fit the tub in the same space the previous one was.

Corner unit tubs like the ones at OKW are 54 " on a side.
