So I was working late on Saturday and this guy and his family came in. He looked at me and smiled while he came in. Anyways, they were in there looking for shoes for like...an hour.
First conversation.
He was pacing up and down the aisle and turned around and started walking towards me. He asks me if he knows me from somewhere (he does look vaguely familiar) and he starts naming off places but nothing clicks. He keeps smiling oddly and then awkwardly walks off.
Second.
He is pacing up and down the aisles again, and he keeps staring at me. I'm starting to get suspicious. He starts walking toward me again, but I guess decides against it and goes the other way.
Third.
He appears out of nowhere and asks me where the bathroom is. He says he can't find it so I have to walk back there with him. Again, I'm suspicious. It weirds me out.
Fourth.
He smiles and asks again if I know him from somewhere. I say 'No, sorry. But hey, I'm here all week if you remember.
' Then he leaves and smiles at me as he goes out the door.
He didn't buy anything, but was in the store for an hour.
Anyway, my mom laughed and said it was a sad attempt at flirting. Is that true do you think? Has it really been that long that I can't even decipher if this guy was flirting with me? Or was this kid honestly just looking for shoes and he's naturally really weird and creepy?
On another note, I swear, I'm not 47 years old. Even though I sound like it.

Trust me, if it was an old dude I would've hid in the break room.
He was probably just flirting..in an odd...creepy way.. but don't most guys do that?
