Can someone explain the PhotoPass???

I love that you can e-mail your photopass pictures to family and friends for free. It saves me from getting my pics saved on CD or e-mailed to me.

Here are some tips I have learned:

have more than one family picture taken in front of the castle. DH always has his eyes closed and it's hard to see that on the CM's little digital screen. Next trip I think we'll have three taken on different days in the hopes one comes out nicely.

Write down your photopass number immediately. We somehow got someone else's photopass during a busy time in the Judge's tent in Toontown, and I felt bad for the person if they didn't get their pictures of their daughters with the characters. There are a few CM's in the tent and lots of parents, so it's easy to give the photopass to the wrong person.

If you have a photo opportunity come available and you dont' have your photopass handy, just get a new one and use both. It doesn't cost anything extra.

Even if you don't think you will order pictures, consider photopass an insurance policy. My pictures of DD with Cinderella didn't come out nice at all, but the photopass one was perfect - Cindy and Dd looking right at the camera, eyes open, smiling. I ordered it and now it's in a frame rightby DD's bed - it's the first thing she shows people when they come in her room.

We were there the first week they started it, and we thought it was great ever since. It's a lot easier keeping the card in my wallet than trying to figure out what I did with those stupid little stubs. Don't worry if you loose it before you're next trip, they'll give you a new one, and you can add pass numbers after your initial sign up on the web. We went before they sent us one in the mail for being a passholder, so we have two cards. And we can't ever keep track of any, although I manage to find them after every trip.

If you're ever in line for a character, the CM will take a picture for you. Although if you are in toon town, they use the photopass card there too.
