Can someone explain the 180 +10

I read on one of the post here about the 180 day ADR +10.
I understand the 180 day ADR but what is the deal with the +10?
We are staying at a Disney Resort so does this apply to us also?

Since you are staying on property you can call at your 180 day mark and make ADRs for that day and the next 10. This is only for onsite folks. You should have your confirmation number handy - they asked for mine when I made my ADRs last
