Can someone explain onderland?

I've been steady on this board for a few weeks now and I keep seing the references to this name, but I can't find a good explaination for it.

I feel silly not knowing what it means.

There's no such thing as a silly question, especially amongst your WISH friends Onederland is when your weight starts with a "one" -- and we celebrate it with grandeur around here because it's so "onederful" to not weigh 200 + lbs anymore !!!
