Can someone explain Early Entry to me

We have an annual pass, so does that mean we have early entry? Sorry, this question has probably been asked many times.

No, unless you are staying onsite, then yes, everyday it's offered during your stay.

Other than an awesome price, what are the special benefits?

You do get 10% off at all restaurants in the parks, hotels, and some in DTD (not including carts and ice cream places, ie no discount at Gibson Girl). You also have the opportunity to purchase special AP holder only merchandise.

You also get the opportunity to purchase special event tickets (like Mickey's Halloween Treat) in advance and at a discount.

And you can add a parking option to your pass for $49/year - if you visit Disneyland more than 5 times in the year then it's worth it!!!

Parking is included with a premium AP, and the dining discout is 15%. You also get a 10% discount (with the premium AP) on merchandise purchases at many locations.
