Can someone explain ALL fees to me?

OK I understand there will be a closing cost and then the annual fees are based on which property and how many points you have. I've been reading of a fee of $95 to book. Is that ANY property or just the properties that are not your home property? Are there any other fees that I should know about?

Do the annual fees change?

The $95 booking fee would only apply to reservations made at a WDW non-DVC resort such as a value, moderate, or deluxe resort. There is no charge to make a reservation at a DVC resort.

Yes, the annual fees change every year. They typically go up 3.5% a year.

That sucks...that the fees go up. But I suppose they consider that's the rising cost of keeping the place running. Hmmm, gotta leave it to Disney.

Regarding the booking fee for non DVC properties....what fees are involved in using a non Disney property....such as going to the Caribbean or Hawaii, etc?
