Can someone else buy your AP for you?

My cousin is going to buy two AP's for us. Can she do this? Do we just have to give our names etc when we activate it or when we buy the vouchers?

She can buy the vouchers but you have to be present to get the activated pass. A Florida Resident cannot buy the resident pass for a non-resident.
