Can someone check their entertainment book to verify a trex coupon

Before I purchase the entertainment book will someone here please verify that there is indeed a coupon for TRex restaurant at WDW? Thanks!!

There is one in my 2012 Orlando Entertainment book on page A16.. Actually 2 coupons. One for 5.00 off 20.00 or more, the other is for 15 % off a purchase of 25.00 or more. There are also Rainforest Cafe coupons: One for 5.00 off 20.00 or more, the other is for 15 % off a purchase of 25.00 or more. No notes about which one it's for so it must be good at either RFC in Orlando. All coupons for T Rex and RFC are not valid with any other promotion or Holidays.
