I am waiting for my callback for the purchase of my gold pass that was canceled during the shutdown. There is an offer up to 35% off select rooms through July 10th. I need to see if Pop has anything for July 8th for 3 nights and what the cost would be?

On the Disney website with the current 30% off promotion, Pop was $189 before taxes, regular rate of $222. You do not need an AP to book that rate.
