Can somebody please help me on this???

Long/short, I purchased this last night. It looks like it is actually painted (not a print) I did some online searching and came up with nothing. the artist is Robinson and there is a Disney copywright stamp on the back.
Can anybody shed some light on this? a value? it is in amazing brand new condition. any links for more information on it?

Clicking thru to the Amazon link provided a little more detail. It was apparently a limited edition print offered to commemorate some event at Disneyland Resort (DLR). However, the link only has the print, not the 3 pins at the bottom. Maybe someone combined them together?

Edit: Are those pins at the bottom or is that a film cell?
