Can some GA residents get FL resident discounts.

DH and I just found out we’re moving to South Georgia, very close to the FL state line. I recall reading a few years ago that resident discounts were for FL residents and some GA residents, but I can’t find any info on it now. It may have been wishful thinking, but I thought I’d double check. TIA
