I keep reading about how fabulous the interior is. I am not interested in eating there but would like to see the inside without disturbing diners.

Yes, San Angel is located inside the Mexico pavillion. The attraction is in there as well as the marketplace. You can experience all of the atmosphere without dining. :)

Don't forget to ride the boat ride. The line forms to the left of the restaurant. You ride the boats right by the tables before entering the ride. :thumbsup2

The restaurant is open to the Mexican pavilion. So not only can you see the inside, you can virtually experience the same atmosphere.

Mexico is a great place to cool off. Go right in and see the shops and go on the ride. One of my favorites!!!

We've always wanted to try this place. Having seen it as we ride by during the Gran Fiesta Tour. Waterside table would be nice.... we'll see in July.

Thanks everyone. It is good to know you can experience the atmosphere without eating there. Not that I have anything against that, but I am from Tucson, and I can't turn a corner without finding a good mexican food place. I am really interested in trying other foods when we are there. :)

You can also have a "refreshing adult beverage" :goodvibes at the bar, and watch the volcano erupt. No food required.

Good choice. The food is pretty good, but the service is the slowest we've ever had - anywhere.

Ah...good idea. :) Just cause I don't want mexican food doesn't mean I don't want a margarita.
