What's HDDP? Hoop Dee Doo Poo?
EMH=Extra Magic Hours at the parks.
So Im assuming the put up a new month at the begining of each month...that makes sense. Thanks
MNSSHP....should I blow a bunch of money on this? Is it really worth the cost? If you had to choose between HDDR and MNSSHP...which way would you lean?
Dude....misspelling acronyms.....thats a whole new level of morAnInsanity has its little drawbacks, like affecting your ability to type or spell.
the halloween party is a ripoff, $55 for 5 hours. Just go when the parks are open later for resort guests.
how do ya do review i've never been to, and will never go.
We like the MNSSHP, they will let you in at 4PM to midnight.
Disney only releases hours 3 months in advance now. It used to be 6 months.
I would pick the party, over HDDR, too.![]()

MBYBBQ is a giant rip-off - so definitely DON'T do that.

Frank..youve been on a roll, buddy!!!
Deb...no, we've never done any of the parties......Im not 100% positive we'll be doing ANYTHING extra this trip either...but If I do try to swing it...I wanna know which one I should try to swing. And it looks like the MNSSHP is winning out hands down...which really surprises me! Ive always heard so many good things about the HDDR. But considering they are in the same price range, I guess the better value would boil down to how long the dollar gets entertained. I really CANT eat $50 worth of food, and I may not drink alcohol at all...(I havent had a drink since early Oct, and Im not real sure I'll ever have another one!!), so there's NO VALUE for HDDR, but it sure sounds goofy, and I like goofy.
Pete makes a really good point about making sure I stay for the late night EMH at MK...that seems like it would be as much of a good time as PAYING and extra $200 to get me,DW and 2 DDs into the mnnshp.
PLANNING!!!!!! I USED to LOVE Disney planning....when $$$ wasnt the main concern! I hate being poor white trash again!!!
Rog, I got to say it man, I am so proud of you! Way to go on the not drinking! You are just turning yourself into a whole new person, I may start calling you Gor, just to be different....
I do have to tell you, if you are planning EMH's I vote whole heatedly for the morning hours, much much better to me!

Ya know..we've NEVER done evening EMHs before...it seems to me like ANYONE with a park hopper will be at whatever park has the EMH by the later evening, and most who DONT HAVE the hopper, will spend their entire day at that park just to squeeze every bit of value out of their limited disney dollar. Ive never been, but it just seems like the park would be nearly as crowded during the EMH as it is during regular hours..only with limited ride options(dont they close some of the rides down after regular hours?)
Morning EMHs are practically EMPTY...lots of people are too worn out from the previous night's emh to get an early start, and because its usually only 1 hour prior to regular park opening..they figure its not worth rushing to at such an ungodly hour....its kinda like having the park to yourself...I really like it. Being the big stupid kid that I am, Im too excited to sleep late when Im on vacation....Im not exactly a "crack of dawn" type..but Im usually up and at 'em by 7am, even when theres no early morning plans.... there's always fishing!
