Can RIder Swap passes be used during EMH?

Say my parents ride BTMRR during the day (and grab a RS) while DH and I wait with dd3, can DH and I save the RS and use it that evening during MK's evening EMH? My parents will be taking dd back to our resort early that evening while DH and I stay for EMH. Wondering if we can use our RS passes or if everything is strictly standby during EMH.

We were able to GET RS during morning EMH, but didn't use until after that hour was over- but am assuming since we were able to get, that we could have used then, so would think the same would hold true for evening.

You should be able to. But I've read experiences where some CM's are especially stingy with the passes for some reason. If there is no wait, for example, some people have said that the CM would not give one out. I'm sure if in that scenario you pressed the issue, you would still get one.

We have used RS passes during MEH more times than I can count and have never had any issues, I think you should be fine!
