Can reservation points be used for RCI?

No. Reservation points are stuck as rez points. No conversion to anything but.

Reservation points can be used for anything in the Concierge Collection or the Disney Collection (includes DCL and Adventures by Disney, as well as the Disney Hotels).

Concierge Collection

Reservation points cannot be used for the DVC Resorts or anything in the World Passport Collection (RCI).
