Can pets come and go more than once a day?

We've never used the kennels before. We usually go to the parks in the morning, take an afternoon, and head out for dinner and fireworks. If we pay the day rate at the kennel, can we take the dogs out around lunchtime and then bring them back at dinnertime for a few more hours?

Yes, unless they have changed. We have taken our dog to the kennel at the Fort and to the kennel at one of the parks in the same day. You only pay once a day. Now, however, we usually leave him in the fifth wheel.

You can also take them from one kennel to another during the day and only pay once. They stamp your paper work with "Park Hopper".

That's great. Thanks for the info. We wanted to break up the day for the dogs. And it's nice that we can take the dogs to the kennel at the park we're attending at night when the parks are open later.

I'm so nervous about taking the dogs. They are great dogs--two rescues--but one is a red-nosed pit and one is a deaf pit/bulldog mix and we don't always get a warm welcome when we bring them places.

Along these lines, are the puppies allowed on DW transportation?
I have a tiny yorkie and we won't have any other transportation other than the buses. Will they let him ride to DTD with us?

I'm almost positive animals aren't allowed on the buses. I don't think there's a kennel at DTD. The last time we went to DTD we didn't have a dog, so I may not have noticed it.

People walk their dogs around DTD, at Christmas they even have special times to have your dogs picture taken with Santa, but you have to have your own transportation.

Thanks, he would have liked DTD,
by the way... your dogs are really cute!:wave2:

Here is a photopass picture of our dogs at DTD with Santa.

<LOL> We had the opposite problem in our pic. Santa was terrific! Getting both our dogs to sit and look at the camera at the same time was a 3 ring circus! Bless the CMs for being so patient and thank goodness there wasn't a line. I think we entertained the few people that were waiting, as I saw a couple of them snap pics too. :rotfl2:

We knew it was going to be a .....challenge, but I'm glad we gave it a shot.
