Can other European countries use the UK specials?

We have family living in Portugal, and they would really like to experience Disney World in Florida.

The packages on the Portuguese Disney site are only for Disneyland Paris -- but the UK site has some amazing deals for DW.

I am assuming when you check in you need to show your passport/proof of residency in the UK though.. or would any EU country qualify?

Hopefully it doesn't re-direct to the portugese site, when you get to payment page it gives a drop box with country of residence, Portugal is among those countries accepted, it will come up with a box saying "Please note that all payments are in £ sterling." but they should be able to book via these sites.
