It's been a year or two since my family has done free dining but when we did it they allowed us to upgrade to the deluxe from the regular when we were staying at ASMovies. (This was before they changed the Free Dining tiers and added quick service.) We just paid the difference in price from reg. to deluxe. In other words, we got the regular for free and paid up from there.

So...my friend is going on a trip and I am helping her plan it. She wants to do the free dining after Thanksgiving and wants to stay at a Value, if at all possible....but she wants to upgrade from the quick service to the regular dining plan. Can she pay the difference and upgrade to regular or is she required to have the quick service?

Like I said, it's been a while and with all the changes to the levels of dining in the last few years, I wasn't sure if they allowed this anymore! Any advice???

Thanks!!

Yes, she can upgrade to the DDP. The cost will be $10 per adult per night, $2 per child (3-9 yrs) per night. The prices might be more if there is a holiday surcharge.

Awesome! Thanks for the quick reply! It may be worth the savings (best I figure, around 65.00 per night to stay at a value rather than moderate) to pay the extra 10 bucks per person (3 of them...so 30.00 per night) to upgrade!

Thanks again!!
Leigh
