Can offsite guests get into park during EMH with an ADR?

I keep finding conflicting info on this. I am staying onsite and some of our party are offsite. I've booked an 8:15 am Tusker House ADR for everyone on an 8:00-9:00 AM extra magic hours morning at Animal Kingdom. Will the offsite guests be allowed into the park for the ADR? I've seen some say yes, they just won't be able to do any attractions until 9. And some have said no, only onsite guests can enter the park during EMH regardless of ADRs.

The folks who said they will be able to enter for the ADR, but not do any attractions until 9 (or close to 9) are correct.

You all have to enter the park together, though. So, you'll need to figure out a meet-up spot outside the gate.

There is no requirement to be an on site guest to book or participate in an adr during EMH.
