Can not open page to choose wristband colors.

I have resort reservations for later this year. I have tried for a week to choose my wrist band colors, but every time try I get this message:

This page isn’t working
disneyworld.disney.go.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500

I have tried on Explorer and Google. Is this a standard problem? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I’ve had the same problem and in my case, switching browsers did the trick. Specifically, it never worked on Google Chrome but always worked on Safari.

Also, the incognito browser on chrome worked for me when nothing else would. LOVE MDE...

Lately I can only get MDE to work on Firefox, not chrome or IE.

As Sara H said, try Firefox. I gave up going on the WDW site with google and always use Firefox now.

I didn’t get the message, but the screen is blank after the top where you select category.

I always have to use go incognito to get MDE to work on my Chromebook.

I was able to review my mb choices with no problem and I have the chrome browser.

I had trouble sometimes on my computer, but I was able to do it on my phone through the app.
