Can my uncle buy our Annual Pass?

He is a Florida resident and someone told us that Florida residents get better rates. Can he purchase our passes and we pick them up?

No, you need to be a florida resident and present proof to purchase it.
If he would show his florida ID, then it would be his annual pass.

Edit: and I'm almost sure theres no FLA discount on APs

There is no Fl resident annual pass. And yes, he can buy it for you but it won't save you any money.

The only discount on annual passes right now is $20 off on the Powerpass with a Wendy's or a Coke coupon. Anyone can use that though.

Well according to the website Florida residents get an annual pass for $119 and since I am not a resident it is $179. Is that right?

The $119 power pass is available to everyone, not just FL residents. It has blackout dates though.

The other pass for $179 is the preferred annual pass with no blackout dates.

Neither pass is exclusive for FL residents.

we get a break on one day tickets and good resort rates, but like phamton says, the AP's and PP's are the same price for all. WDW, and the AB parks have resident deals, but the UO AP is still the best deal around. residents have the option of paying for their UO AP's on a monthly basis, but that's about it.
