Can my TA use her Disney Visa??

I am interested in the free dining promotion which I have done several times but with this upcoming trip, I must take advantage of the earlier dates in August because of having college age kids.

Can my TA book it with her DV since I don't have one and am unable to get one?

I can't imagine that a TA would be willing to do that, but if she is someone you also know personally, maybe she would?

Sure, Disney does not care where the money comes from to pay the bill. Now the important part, a package is not transferable so as long as your TA puts your name(s) on the reservation.

Suppliers and travel agencies do not allow Travel Agents to pay for clients travel with their personal credit card. Not something you should do.
