Can my Reservation Transferred to my Disney Travel Agent?

I just booked a week at the Poly for May. I am so excited!!! I usually use a disney travel agent but she is out of town. I love working with her because she is great at arranging meals for us. Is it possible to transfer my reservation and have her do this rest?

Absolutely! She probably has a "take over" form for you to fill out and sign with the confirmation number, and some other info, that she will then fax in to Disney.
