Can my father make a reservation for us if he is not going?

My father got a postcard with the 40% off code. I was wondering if he could book a vacation for us, with his pin code, even though he will not be going. Then we would just pay him.

Does Disney allow that? Or does the person booking the trip have to be going as well?

Your father would have to be there if it is in his name and for his address.Now if you live with him then they may let you use the post card but your address has to match whats on the postcard.
I was told to bring the postcard with me when I check in.
