Can my family wait for DH at the finish?

DH just signed up for the Family Fun Run 5K at MGM. I'll be waiting for him with our girls. Where is the finish and does anyone know if we can wait for him there? If not, I might just let the girls sleep in that morning. We do have APs if that makes any difference.

The finish will most likely be in the parking lot. I haven't seen the official course for this race but all the other ones start in the parking lot and end at the same place. Anyone can watch the race from this area but the parks won't be open yet so you aren't able to go in to see him. I have watched DW run a couple of races here and haven't had any problems being in places to see her start and finish.
