Can my clipart be "relocated"?

Aaarrggghhh. Can "wrap things" be fixed? Because it would drive me crazy to have it look funny to me OR to other people. I'm OC like that.

Would smaller clipart help?

Tried one more thing...shortened the "'99" line to HIFS. Did that help?

I'm not sure but the "wrap" problem could be because the text in the signature is in a table. And since all the replies are actually cells in a larger table, that text is in a table within a table.
