can MS at Vero help me with WDW tickets?

I have a weird ticket issue. I can't get anyone on the phone in under 100 minutes! I'll be at Vero next week. Can the MS look up ticket numbers, etc.

The concierge there may be able to help you with it as the CMs at the WDW resorts can and they are not DVC MS CMs
