If I purchase a 10- day pass, would I be able to use it during one trip and my
daughter during another trip?

Technically, no, but enforcement is difficult. I heard they were adding biometrics to all passes, though. In the worst case, your doughter could probably get the value of the unused days applied to another pass.

I thought MYW passes now had names printed on them and you are required to enter using the biometric hand measure. So, it would not work now. An older ticket where you didn't have to do the biometric and didnt' have your name on it might have worked.

Any tickets bought after Jan 2 2005 are Magic Your Way passes, which require biometric ID when they are used to prevent people from sharing tickets. So no, you can't share a 10-day pass, you would have to buy two smaller passes, one for each person.

Also, if the MYW pass doesn't work, they will ask to see your ID to match your signature on the pass with your ID. I had to do this a couple times until I figured out how to get the biometric thingie to work for me.
