Can MBs be picked up the day before check in?

We have a throwaway room booked for one night and plan to hit the parks early the morning of check in. I'm in Canada so I can't have my bands mailed to me (well I can, through a friend in US, but it would be costly). I will be arriving in Orlando the day before check in and was hoping I could stop by and pick up my magic bands, then do online check in the next morning. That way I don't have to miss rope drop on my check in day.

I did a search and couldn't find this info anywhere, sorry if I missed it!

Yes, you'll be able to do this. You don't have to wait until that morning to do Online Check In. You can do it anytime once you reach the 60 day mark.

This is a good question and I am not sure I know you can check-in to the hotel anytime after 6AM, that is still before RD. I also know that they will ship them to a non-Disney hotel, but that seems like a risk on them getting there in time. I also know you can buy your own custom MBs and then link them to your tickets and you will have them before you go.

Addendum Thanks Dansdad, now that you mentioned it I thought I remembered that you can also pick them up in DS. Is this correct?

Just leave your Windsor Hills (from your sig) room early, stop in to get the bands at the onsite resort at 6am, and head to rope drop. No need to miss it. Just start out earlier.

You can do online checkin 60 days out and let them know you're arriving at 6am.
