can i start a planning journal, even though i dont know *when exactly* df and i will be getting married, other than that it will be 2012 at least?

we're planning far in advance, as we need to know an approximate cost (give or take quite a bit) so we can save up for it...i think we'll be paying for it all ourselves.

i cant really talk to anyone at home about it - other than one friend - as my family think we're too young i think (even though they got married younger).

i think i need somewhere to organise all my thoughts, and to get some feedback from other brides...*** i'm  it would obviously be a long and packed pj from the very start to the very end!

*crosses fingers it'll be okay*

I don't see a problem with it! You and I sound like situation twins, too!! :thumbsup2 DBF and I are in college, have been dating for three years, and are aiming to get married in 2012. His parents are thrilled (they were younger than we are now when they got married) and my parents are still getting used to the idea (they were in their late 20's when they met, so didn't get married until they were almost 30). But once we assured my parents that finishing school will come first, they were happier.

I'd love to read your planning journal once you set it up, so make sure to provide a link! And happy planning!!

PS And we're the same age, and so are our guys! Are you my twin?? :-D

I've just noticed something! I put in DF's age wrong! We were talking about his 21st birthday (September) when I made my signature, so I must have put that in instead! Oh well - I'll leave it - it'll be right in a couple of months time :thumbsup2

DF and I have been together for 5 years...on and off. It's a very long story :surfweb:

We'll have to wait that long because a) saving b) we'll be older so everyone else will be happy c) i'm off to uni in September:scared:

And...we must be twins!

I'm gonna get started on a pj asap then! I'll have something up tonight, I think. Thanks guys! :yay:
