I called because I wanted to write Tom a letter. He was so kind to offer to help me out a few years ago when there were problems with a DVC reservation. I feel like he is a caring person who took the time to offer to help me because I bought from the Timeshare Store. I am just a person who has done and doing business with TSS.

Guess what? He is retired but still the owner. He comes in but not daily and BTW.....NO, I may not write to him!

I use to be an executive assistant and I know how to protect my boss. I told the person that Tom had offered to help me in the past. I said I just wanted to write a letter about my experience this time and forward some emails from his staff.

NO! I may not write him, I may not have his email addy. I am to send it to an associate who may or may not then tell Tom.

Now I like the TSS, I have bought from them, Sold from them. I like Jerry a whole bunch. I will try to continue to like TSS.

So Tom, if you read this, please send me a PM. I am going to try a few things to get a letter to you.

I am confused why you called to write a letter to him. Just do it the old fashioned way and pop it in the mail to the TTS. You can also print out emails from the associates and include them. It may or may not get to him since it doesn't sound like he's really involved anymore but I would think that would be the best and most personal way to thank him.

Thank you so much. I am laughing at myself because I truly have forgotten that there is regular mail. It has been so long since I sent a letter in the USPS that I will have to go and find a stamp and envelope but I am going to just print out my letter and mail it.

Thanks!

:rotfl2: Oh that's funny!!! I'm glad my suggestion helped and that the old USPS will get a little business. :goodvibes
