Can I Walk From Por To Downtown Disney?

Hi,
was just wondering if it is possible to walk from port orleans to downtown disney?
also, is it possible to walk from port orleans to the sarasota springs resort?

I may be wrong, but I don't think so. You can however take the boat.. There is a golf course along the way but I am pretty sure you can't walk. It is a 15 minute boat ride and that is without any stops. On the boat ride you can look at Saratoga. I didn't see a way to get there other than getting off at the stop and catching the boat back over there. But I am not an expert on this. I am sure that if you can do someone will let you know!

I don't know if it's possible. Even if there are paths (and I don't think there are) they would be very long walks.

You can take a boat from PO to Downtown Disney.

Nope. It's actually quite a ways to get there. The best part of staying at Port Orleans (both French Quarter & Riverside) is the boat that takes you to DTD from these resorts.

It's a nice 20 minute boat ride and gets you right to DTD marketplace.

It would be several hikes plus a swim or two. Take the boat. You will enjoy the ride.

i remember though when i stayed at the disney institute a good number of years back, i ran on a running trail thru the woods and i wound up at dixie landings, which is now por correct? so if i wanted to jog over to downtown disney, i could do that lol, correct?
