Can I use two quick serve credits for 1 table?

Is this still an option? I thought I remember hearing it was, but maybe it was a long time ago.

It's not an option, nor have I ever heard of it being an option.

They used to trade down with a perk (TS Credits for CS plus some other treats). Now when you trade down it's a straight one for one. One TS Credit for one CS meal. (If you're trading down, be forewarned that you can't do this everywhere. It helps to ask about it first.)
