I have been waiting on a promo...going Oct 14-22 and it is a black out date for free dining.

I got an email pin code today for 35% off yeah!!!! but wait it is old. It has my maiden name and my previous address. It really is me...

Just looking for opinions before I call in and most likely get upset.

Log in to the website using the email you got the PIN from. Update your name and address on the account there.

Then when you call in, have them look up the PIN under your name and if they can't find it tell them it might be under your maiden name.

It actually may all be for nothing because I searched for a room at any deluxe or deluxe villa, we are currently at the beach club, and the only thing that comes up is a 2 bdrm at saratoga. I really dont want to stay there this time...
