Can I use points this way:

I have SSR-100 & BLT-200.

Can I use SSR 2014 UY points and borrow SSR 2015 UY points before using ANY BLT points?

Random example

1 trip use:

SSR-2014-5 points (all that I have)
SSR-2015-58 borrowed points (rest of 2015)
BLT-2013-31 points

then I bank all of 2014 BLT

2015 I get:

SSR-0
BLT-400

Is this allowed? Or do I have to get creative locking up BLT points then cancel?

Or could I just bank all of BLT at the start of the 2014 use year and then borrow SSR?

Yes you can do what you are planning.
It is especially easy if you have two membership numbers, cause when you log onto one membership you will not even "see" the points of the other.
You can do your banking/borrowing online, through e-mail, or a call to MS.

Yes, as long as the trip is in your 2014 use year. You can make the reservation on line and it will allow you to choose SSR points and borrow without using BLT points on the page that has you designate which contracts to use for the reservation.

Also I have NEVER called to make a reservation. Can you tell them on the phone exactly where to take the points across the multiple resorts?

Like if I ever wanted to split the points = between resorts?

I have lots (15+) sub contracts, and I have told MS which contract to use points from. However, I find it easier to do it myself on line.
