If you mean a Starwood Preferred Guest program membership card , I think not - the Disney-owned resorts are not Starwood hotels.

If you mean a Starwood AmEx credit card to pay your bill, I don't see why a valid credit card couldn't be used anywhere including POR.

I think you can only use the Starwood card at the Swan & Dolphin.

Yes you can only use the Starwood Preferred Membership card at the Swan and Dolphin Hotel!

If you have a lot of points accumulated on your Starwood card, it might be worth it to change your ressies to Swan or Dolphin. They are both great hotels and the location is the best. They often offer special rates. We paid $129/night at the Dolphin which is cheaper than POR. We didn't have any Starwood points then either.
