Most stores and restaurants on Disney property accept Disney GC's, there are very few exclusions. You could always charge to your KTTW and pay off the balance with GC's at your resort if you are staying on property.

We've used Disney gift cards at many of the stores in DTD including Lego, Babycakes, Wolfgang Pucks, Earl of Sandwich and several others.
