Can I use dining plan vouchers at Whitewater snacks?

Is this the place in the Grand Californian? We stayed at the Disneyland Hotel and we were able to use our dining vouchers at Crocs Bits and Bites there by the DLH pool. (I think that's what it was called). I *think the only place we couldn't use them was Down Town Disney.
