Can I upgrade third party tix in park to include UEU?

Planning for mid Feb trip and wondering:

If I buy our 3 day, 2 park, park to park tix from either parksavers or officialticketcenter, will I be able to upgrade these tickets to include the Universal Express Unlimited pass once we get to the parks? Or can 3rd party tix be upgraded at all?

3rd party tickets can be upgraded and the express pass is a separate entity that can always be purchased.
