can I upgrade my ticket?

I have a 7 day base park pass and was wondering can I upgrade to a 10 day hopper with waterparks? I have used 2 days on it, then I got kidney stones and had to leave early, so they upgraded it to no expiration for free. Also do u know about how much it costs.

I am pretty sure that all upgrades need to be done within 14 days of the first use of the ticket. If it has been longer than that, I don't think you can do anything else with it.
