Am I allowed to upgrade my regular FL Resident Annual Pass to a Premium FL Resident Annual Pass????

And if so, do I have to pay the full difference or a pro-rated value??? Like if my pass expires in 6-months, do I only have to pay half the ticket difference????

You may upgrade a Seasonal Pass to either an Annual Pass or a Premium Annual Pass. Also, an Annual Pass can be upgraded to a Premium Annual Pass. These can be done at any time.

1. There is no proration; you have to pay the full difference between the current gate prices of each.

2. The expiration date of the new pass will be the same as the expiration date of the old pass.

OK how about if my seasonal pass is going to expire and I want to upgrade it to an annual or Premium annual,do I pay the regular price of the pass for Florida residents or do I get the renewal price of the new pass I'm getting?

Florida resident seasonal pass. What are the blackout dates? What does it include? My niece and nephew live in FL. I see on the Disney site that this exists but when I click it for details it takes me to the available for everyone page. :confused3

Blackout dates for the seasonal pass are March 15-March 28 2008,June 7-August 14,2008 and December 21,2008-January 3,2009.

If you are within 30 days on either side of expiration you can upgrade or downgrade any annual product at the renewal price, the expiration anniversary date will not change. However, if the renewal and upgrade is prior to the expiration date, the new pass will not be valid until the expiration date of the old pass.
