Can I Transfer Free Dining?

I got the Free Dining bounceback for the POR for 5 people for 10 nights. I booked the max because the CM said that it's a lot easier to take away than to add. I am not sure who will be going with me and I hate to let that all go to waste.

If I decide to cancel it, can I transfer it to someone else? I am still going at the same time so I can be there to check them in if I need to but is there any other liability with doing that? I am guessing if I don't attach my credit card to the room I should be ok.

Yes, we did the same thing last year. In fact, I just changed lead name on reservation, and let the party take it from there. Things might not be the same this year but you can try

The bounceback was only available to registered guests at the time of booking. If the people were not registered in the room when the reservation was made they are not eligible for the "Bounceback" promotion. You may get a CM that will make the changes for you but I wouldn't count on it. They verified that I was a registered guest while I was making the reservation. they are making it harder for people to make changes to existing reservations. Each person registered to the room was eligible to make a new reservation in their own name but you could not reserve multiple rooms under one person's name for the bounceback promotion. In other words Person A & person B could each make one new reservation for 2008 under their own name but neither person A nor person B could make two seperate reservations under their own name (unless they stayed under two separate reservations during the promotion period).
