Can I transfer borrowed points?

If I borrow the following years points can they be transfered?

No- points can only be borrowed to actually make a reservation and if later cancelled, they cannot be transferred.

However, you can transfer points from the next Use Year to another member's next Use Year. You could transfer points from your 2006 Use Year into someone else's 2006 Use Year.
