Can I talk to a live person when making reservations?

My 180 day mark is tomorrow, so I want to be prepared. I called the number to make sure I had the right one and it seems all automated, even asking what restaurant do I want and at what time. I'd much rather talk to someone. Does a person eventually come on the line?
 
If I choose "something else" instead of "Make a reservation" from the automated menu will I be connected to a person that can make the reservations ?

I'm not sure. Are you calling the 1-40-WDW-DINE or another number? I don't remember doing too much through the automated system- I know it asked if I was in the Orlando area or not and then I think it transferred me to a real person after that.

If you choose something else other than making a reservation, I'm not sure if connects you to the same person or not. The worst that would happen is that you would get a person that couldn't make reservations who would then transfer you to someone who could.
 
What are my odds for BOG for Oct 20-21?

Right now it doesn't look as if there is any availability for those dates for BOG. If you are persistant and keep checking, you may be able to snag a cancellation.
 
It is a live person, hopefully by the end of summer I will be one of the people at the other end of the line.
